Flakey Programs

Flakey the Naked Snowman is an excellent story that teaches many great lessons- and the story of how the book came to be is just as entertaining. Now, you have the opportunity to have the author, Amy Tubbs, conduct an exciting and memorable program for your school or youth organization that truly brings the story to life! From November through February, readings are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Flakey Art Workshop: Learn to make your own 'Flakey' snowman or any number of other snowman-themed crafts. Taught by the author. Cost of workshop begins at $150 for a 2-hour class and will provide all materials at a per-person cost. Click here to request a date.

The Making of Flakey: This is an in-depth look at the creative and publishing process it took to create Flakey the Naked Snowman. Learn how photos were created and edited; discuss the writing and editing process, understand pre-production and printing. Cost of this workshop begins at $150 for a 2-hour workshop. Flakey Animation Experience: Truly a unique experience! Create your own winter scenery and learn the exciting art of 3-dimensional photography.
